Subscription Box Terms and Conditions

Please allow 5-10 business days to process orders before shipping.
This is a subscription service that is billed every other month ($59.99+tax) or annually ($339.99+tax for 6 boxes), depending on the option chosen, and will be automatically charged using the payment method provided. Afterpay payments are not eligible subscription boxes. Foreign exchange or transaction fees may apply for non US customers. You may cancel your subscription at any time, however charges already processed are not eligible for refunds.
 
Items found damaged upon delivery should be reported to customer service within 48 hours of delivery to ensure a replacement or exchange is properly processed.
REPAIRS:
We provide complimentary repairs and re-sizing on all items purchased directly through A. Marie Jewelry. Please contact support@amariejewelry.com and we will promptly repair or re-size any item provided that:
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is available.
  • The item is not a sale item.
  • The item is returned to us within 7 days of receiving approval for repair/re-sizing.
  • Once approved, you may ship to the below address via a courier that provides a tracking number. A. Marie is not responsible for any returned items lost during mail transit.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY:
It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase as all sales are final and nonrefundable. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, exchanges of equal or lesser value may be requested at support@amariejewelry.com within 14 days of delivery. You may be issued a credit provided that:
  • Items are unworn and in original condition and packaging with all tags still attached. 
  • A receipt or proof of purchase directly from A. Marie Jewelry is available.
  • The item is not a sale item.
  • The item is returned to us within 7 days of receiving approval for exchange.
  • Once approved, you may ship to the below address via a courier that provides a tracking number. A. Marie is not responsible for any returned items lost during mail transit.

If any exchanges do not meet these requirements, the items will be returned to you. 
Please note all return shipping costs need to be covered by the customer except in cases where the item is confirmed to be faulty by our team.

All warehouse or sample sale purchases are FINAL. We do not offer exchange, credit, or refunds for incorrect size, change of mind, or change of personal circumstance.
